There are general rules that all users must follow when placing bets on ba77. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

• Your wallet must have sufficient balance before placing a bet.
• Ba77 reserves the right to void any bet placed at abnormal odds due to a technical error.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the odds for the relevant bet will be set to 1.00 and the stake will be refunded.
• Any attempt at match fixing or gaining an unfair advantage will result in permanent account closure.
• Ba77 is not responsible for any bets that fail to process during live betting due to connectivity issues.

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering requirements typically range from 3 to 30 times the bonus amount, depending on the type of bonus.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same household or IP address is not permitted.
• Ba77 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• Accounts suspected of bonus abuse will be subject to investigation.

• Deposits are generally credited instantly.
• Withdrawal requests may take anywhere from 5 minutes up to 24 hours to process.
